What Is Bespoke Clothing?
Bespoke clothing is custom-made from scratch — a unique pattern is created based on your exact measurements, posture, and personal style. Unlike ready-to-wear or made-to-measure, bespoke garments are not altered from standard sizes. At Suits & Shirts, every bespoke garment is handcrafted by our master tailors in Dubai.
Do I Need to Make an Appointment?
Yes. To ensure each client receives our full attention, all consultations and fittings are by appointment only. Book a visit to our Dubai atelier or request a home or office visit.
How long does a Bespoke consultation take?
A typical consultation takes 45–60 minutes. We discuss your style preferences, help you select fabrics, and take initial measurements. Our bespoke tailors in Dubai will guide you through every step.
How long will it take to have my Bespoke piece made?
Most bespoke garments take 3–4 weeks from initial consultation to final delivery. Wedding suits and complex orders may take longer. Rush orders can be accommodated on request.
Will I be allowed to get my own fabric?
Yes. While we offer an extensive collection of premium fabrics including Italian wool from Reda, Cerruti, and Thomas Mason you're welcome to provide your own fabric. Our tailors will advise on suitability for your chosen style.
Can I bring in a picture of a style that I like or a suit I like the fit of?
Absolutely. Bringing reference photos helps our bespoke tailors understand your vision. We can also adjust a suit you already own that fits well, using it as a reference for your new bespoke garment.
Do you carry out repairs and alterations?
Yes. We offer repairs and alterations on garments made by Suits & Shirts, as well as on external garments. Contact us for a quote.
Will I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit at the time of order for a bespoke ensemble, with the balance due on final delivery. Payment for Pick and Wear clothing is due on purchase. We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, or card.
What Is the Bespoke Tailoring Cost in Dubai?
The bespoke tailoring cost depends on fabric, style, and complexity. At Suits & Shirts:

How often should I dry clean my garments?
Dry clean bespoke suits every 3–6 months, or after heavy wear. Avoid over-cleaning as it can damage the fabric. Air your suit between wears and use a quality brush to remove dust.
